Throughout my career, I've worked as a consultant on highly challenging projects in various countries, notably in the Netherlands, Germany and Brussels. Focusing particularly on the innovative automotive and architecture sector.

  • Realized target completion of the Pan-European Retail Concept Rollout (Physical-Human-Digital) with over 2020 Toyota Retailers completed in 28 regions

  • Structural increased the pace of execution, improved financial performance, out-negotiated agreements and reduced spending

  • Developed quantitative budget analysis, set-up cost reduction proposals, target based forecasts, progress reporting, review of critical markets, dashboards, training materials for different stakeholders

  • Launched an online claiming program, reduced 40% time needed to process claims by focusing on the key requirements and training local network development managers
