I was raised in a straightforward environment in the northern part of our country. Throughout my career, I've worked as a consultant on highly challenging projects in various countries, notably in the Netherlands, Germany and Brussels. Focusing particularly on the innovative automotive (German and Japanese OEM's) and architecture sector.
I strongly believe that cultivating an innovative environment within cross-functional teams relies on solid frameworks and shared values. Currently I am hired by Facta to work as a Senior Project Manager for different clients, including ASML. I lead different project- and programme's, including Real Estate upgrade projects, Lab projects and large scale roll-out programmes.
