About

Emile Stadman
I grew up in a straightforward environment in the northern part of the country. At home we always thought to keep on reasoning from a pragmatic global perspective and focus first on the right decision making, before going into details.
I have worked at different international architecture- and consultancy firms, of which for a long period in Germany and Brussels as a program- and project manager.
In my career I was able to work on highly challenging projects, in particular within the innovative architecture-, mobility- and retail sector. I believe it is always a great challenge to have different disciplines work together successfully and focus on an innovation mindset, this can only happen when there is structure and shared values. Focus on Lean Six Sigma design & engineering and effective flow of information.
Currently I am working as a Senior Project Manager at Facta bouwmanagement.
As a manager I believe it is important to facilitate the right environment, to take ownership and to never let go on core principles. Part of the job is to motivate the team & stakeholders in reaching higher standards and improve knowledge by actively challenging them in keeping a birdseye view.
Believing in trust, honesty, transparency, curiosity and team focus, combining strength & knowledge and fact based decision making. Working with different cultures and ideas, focussing on shared values and ethics. Knowledge sharing and innovation mindset is key, in order to make the right decisions and to be able to improve ourselves.
